Are your products handmade?

Yes! All of our products are handmade in small batches before each re-stock to ensure fresh, long-lasting products.

How can I found out more information on a product?

All information can be found on the individual product pages. This includes how to use the product, the full ingredients list, as well as the benefits of using the product.

Where are the products made?

All products are made in London, United Kingdom with ingredients from all over the globe.

Are your products vegan?

Of course! Our ingredients are 100% vegan (no animal nasties around here).

My body butter arrived a little melted, can I still use it?

Yes you can still use it! Depending on external temperatures, our body butters might melt during transit, but if you pop it into the fridge, it’ll harden right back up.

Are all of your formulas the same for each scent?

Yes, we use the same formulae for each product, the only difference is the scent & the colour (regarding our body butter, body polish & body glaze).

I have super sensitive skin, will I still be able to use your products?

Yes! We created the ‘Naked’ option for all our super sensitive skin babes. It contains no fragrance or colour to minimise any possible allergens. All other products can still be used, even if you have sensitive skin!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to amend it. However, if your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.

Do you test your products on animals?

No! At Vanity London we are completely against testing on animals.

How long can I use my products after opening?

Our products can last up to 12 months after opening, as long as they're kept in the recommended storage conditions.
