UK Returns

We're really sorry if you're not getting on with any of our products. We understand that not every product will work for your skin type and that's fine! Feel free to send us an email and we will be happy to sort out a refund.

Conditions of Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of arrival to request your refund. The products will need to be returned back to us and shipping fees will be covered by the customer. You will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping. 

Faulty Products

In the event that the product arrives damaged, you will be required to submit photo evidence and/or ship the product back to us for inspection, within 14 days of arrival. The customer will be expected to cover the return shipping cost. Once we have inspected the product, we will issue a refund. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account. You may also be offered a replacement rather than a refund.
The bases of our products are all from naturally derived ingredients. This means our products may differ slightly from batch to batch. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with the product, we are more than happy to receive any faulty products back and refund accordingly.

International Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the basis that the product doesn't work for you unfortunately. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, we are more than willing to issue a refund. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your product with image proof of the damage. You will be issued a partial refund, excluding the cost of shipment.
